CheerVille Ohio FAQ

Please review the Novice, Prep, Limited Travel and Full Travel All-Star packets for 2022-2023 pricing.

Both of these are included in your monthly membership fee. It is an all-inclusive fee, but your bill will have tuition and all-star fees listed separately to total your monthly membership fee.

Membership fees are the monthly fees due to participate in our competitive program. Tuition for all programs includes weekly practices and one hour of tumble for prep and travel all-stars. This will also include a program shirt, team t-shirt, practice wear set, choreography, routine clean ups, music, coaches’ fees, and competition fees. Shoes are included in the membership fee for travel all-star athletes only. For our novice teams, they will not have a tumble class included in their tuition, though they can add one at a discount.

Outside of membership fees you will need to purchase a uniform, program-specific lipstick, and a bow. Warm ups and backpacks are optional. You will also be responsible for fees for post season events should you receive a bid.

Evaluations will be held May 24 to June 2. The fees to try out are: 

Today through April 30: Level 1 $45; Levels 2-6 $55

May 1 and after: Level 1 $55; Levels 2-6 $65

You will be billed a $35 annual registration fee per participant in the program.

Our Ohio location will continue to have athletes learn the tryout routine on the YouTube link provided after you register for tryouts.

June 12th is Commitment Day. There is no commitment fee, however, your first month’s membership fee will be due on this day. You will meet our staff, complete required paperwork, get fitted for your uniform, and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have before committing to your team. You will also have the option to pay for your season in full to receive a discount.

Please review this section in the all-star packet. There is a tuition discount for male athletes.

Your statement will be emailed to you on the 25th. Auto payments are ran on the 1st of each month. We require that you save a credit/debit card to your account for auto payments. The only exception to this rule is if you pay for your year in full. A $20 late fee will be placed on your account on the 10th. If by the 15th, if your account has not been caught up, we will ask that your athlete not return to the gym until the balance has been paid or a payment agreement has been put in place with our Accounts Manager.

Should your athlete decide to leave the team after July 1, your

account will be charged a Quitter’s Fee. For limited and full travel all-stars, this fee is $500. For our novice and prep teams, you will only need to give a 30 day notice and all fees due during the 30 days are owed.

Practice wear is for main events such as choreography, competition practices, or days we need to take pictures. There is only one set of practice wear. Athletes may wear any comfortable clothing for their weekly practices.

CheerVille all-star athletes will wear an all white Nfinity shoe. Prep and novice athletes may purchase this shoe from CheerVille, or you may purchase a different brand on your own. The only requirement for our prep and novice teams is that you wear an all white cheer shoe.

We do not offer unlimited tumbling to ensure the class sizes remain beneficial to your athlete. If you want to add additional tumbling classes, you may add them for $25/month for each class.

This season we will be using Wes Haley and Spirit Fx for choreography. Spirit FX camps will be July 18th-23rd. We are still waiting for the booking calendar to open for Wes Haley.

CheerVille does not have affiliations with booster clubs. The previous booster club from NEO will be able to offer all the same fundraising options outside of the CheerVille brand.

We will still have the opportunity to work Night at the Races, Golf Tournament, and Scotch Doubles.  We will also still do scripts gift card fundraisersthroughout the year. 

These policies vary for Novice, Prep, and Travel All-Stars. In regards to Travel All-Stars, you can only miss 3 practices after August 15th. This includes school events.

These will be scheduled by the coaches the week of an event, or when there is a situation where an athlete needs to be replaced and changes to the routine are required.

There is a 30% discount on the tuition portion of your membership fee for every sibling of a full paying athlete. To receive a total with the discount, please email mrogers@cheerville.com.

Yes, we typically practice the night before an out of town event as long as a location in that city can be secured. This means your family will need to arrive on Friday night by 5pm. These are mandatory practices and school/work may need to be missed.

Each CheerVille location has their own schedule depending on their location. We do have a few events that most locations will attend at the same time. Our Ohio location will mostly stay in the same area as before with only a few changes. Those schedules will be released in late summer.

The progress report system will remain the same as you have always followed.

Yes, we will have all of our CheerVille locations perform in the CheerVille Showcase held in Kentucky in November.

CheerVille teams will compete at the Allstar Worlds Championship, The Summit, and USASF Worlds in Orlando. The events will be determined by bid acceptance and coaches’ choice. Youth teams will attend the Allstar Worlds Championship if they receive a bid.

Jenna Lambert will be the Gym Manager and Earl Lambert will be the Program Director for our Ohio location. Billing questions can be sent to Michelle Rogers. Joey Mastrocola handles everything all-star related. Registration questions can be sent to the front desk coordinator once they have been selected. Fundraiser questions can be sent to the fundraiser coordinator once that person has been selected.

The Fundraiser Coordinator for the Ohio location will be selected after team placements.

There will be used novice and prep uniforms available to purchase when our online sale is posted. The travel all-star uniforms are on a new cycle this year and will be used for the next two years.

We will require all athletes to be present for practices two weeks prior to an event. If you have a conflict that cannot be avoided, such as a school event, please notify your coach in well in advance so they can possibly make arrangements to work the practice around your conflict.

Each team will have a team parent who you will need to email. When you email them, you will need to copy your coaches on that email so they can approve your absence and have a plan of action for that practice. Team parents cannot approve absences. They are only keeping record to remind the coaches. The coaches are the only ones who can approve missing a practice.
